1. Remove the inner from the cotton cover
2. Place a few drops of lavender oil on the inner and leave the oil to dry and soak in, this will usually take a day
3. Put the cover back on the inner once it is dry and this will prevent the cotton cover from being stained by the lavender oil

Also known as Hydrosol, lavender water is collected at the end of the steam distillation process of the lavender. It contains a small number of essential oils as well as many other water-soluble fractions from the lavender plant.

This product is supplied in a glass bottle.

Lavender Water can be used in both hand and machine washing to soften fabrics and it can be sprayed onto linen during ironing. Its delicate perfume makes it ideal to use as a beautiful room spray.

Our essential oil comes from our spray-free lavender plants and is 100% pure “Lavandula x Intermedia”.

The variety we have is known as Grosso a hybrid between Lavandula angustifolia and Lavandula latifolia. It is a well-rounded plant with greenish-grey foliage which grows to a majestic height of around one metre when in flower.

The essential oil’s fragrance is calming and relaxing and can be used in an oil burner, or a few drops can be added into your water as you run the bath.

Lavender Oil is also a very helpful aid to assist in a night of peaceful sleep or to relieve a headache. Add a few drops to a warmed flannel, place the flannel onto a freshly prepared hot water bottle and pop into your bed a few minutes before bedtime.
